MAYTAG Model# GC2225GEKS fridge not cooling fridge does not get cold

The fridge no longer gets cold in the fridge or freezer side?
The 2 little copper pipes behind the freezer backing plate get cold and icy......The silver radiator/coil pipes they are attached to do not.....
I have attached photos to show the pipes that I mean......
The condenser obviously works as the smaller copper pipes get icy....
please help me with this issue

I don't see any frost ...

that is because in the picture the fridge is turned off......but when it is turned on the 2 copper pipes get icey......picture was to show which pipes I was talking about
