I have a defrost system problem with my Bosch side by side refrigerator. Freezer cools but not the refrigerator. If I go through manual defrost, refrigerator stays cool for a couple of weeks. Going through your blog, I understood it is the defrost system problem. I want to diagnose and replace the parts. But I'm not able to locate the defrost timer on it. I looked at the diagrams in Sears parts wesite and could not locate it either. Can you please guide me where and how to find the defrost timer on this fridge? It would also be helpful if you can guide me on how to replace the thermostat and/or defrost heating coil if they turn out to be faulty.

Defrost and Temperatures are controlled by the electronic controller board
I don't have a service manual for that model
maybe someone else does

Or just replace the control board. If it doesn't fix the problem, return it for a refund.
