Gibson GR4GA package unit - contactors won't pull in

I replaced the contactor. Same problem.
There is 24 volts going to the coils.

Yes, but I will double check tonight. I was a bit casual last night.
I have the wiring diagram PDF but don't know a good fileshare site offhand.

Use a jumper wire at the low voltage terminal board to jump ® red to (Y) yellow.
If the contactor closes you will have to look at the thermostat wire and or thermostat for your problem.
If you have a digital thermostat there is a 5 minute delay from turning on power until yellow will close.

How I missed that the first time I don't know but I think it says something about twelve-hour days.
