Bosch Dryer with a Loud Buzzing Noise WTMC3321US/03

I disassembled the dryer and found one of drum rollers was stiff and make the characteristic chattering noise when you spin it by hand. That's an obvious problem that has to be fixed. But I've never heard a bad roller make that kind of noise before and I'm wondering if there's something else going on like a bad drum bearing. I want to make sure I have all the parts I need when I go back and fix this dryer. Anyone ever run into this before?

I was talking with Jerry (appl.tech.29501) via Voxxer and he ran into the same thing with a Bosch Axxis dryer (different but similar). After replacing the motor and drum rollers, the noise remained. Problem turned out to be the blower wheel! When I go back, I'll take the drum rollers and a blower wheel with me. When I get this one fixed, it'll be a good one for the Appliantology knowledge base.

Finding the source of this noise in this Bosch dryer was tricky. Judging by the sound, the noise had to originate from either the motor or the blower wheel. The problem turned out to be the blower wheel. The noise was only heard in a heated dryer cycle. Apparently the heated air would deform the plastic blower wheel just enough to make it contact the blower housing while rotating.
