Tub has water balance rings built in to it. Does this do this with an empty basket? If it does you may need to replace the basket. Had this problem and reluctently changed the basket and it fixrd it. This machine has fisher & paykel all over it. At least they tell you how to determine if the basket is bad.

It could be caused by the main shaft being rusted. The basket needs to rise and fall to wash and spin. If it hangs up when it needs to drop into spin position it will go off balance and give UL errors. Pull the basket and inspect the shaft.
