Dishwasher not draining at end of cycle
#1

The impellers are in good shape, no hose obstructions. When the unit is placed in diagnostic mode it goes through all the steps as it should including the last step being draining. But it will not drain in normal wash mode when it's finished. To get the water out at the end of the cycle it has to be restarted and then cancelled, then it drains.

If all the functions work in diagnostic mode then you must have a bad timer/sequence switch. There is also a main control board and I might be wrong but I believe the diagnostics test will bypass the timer/sequence switch. Maybe someone else can verify that

Turned out to need the kit mentioned in this pdf. Which included the sequencing switch. The sequencing switch alone didn't fix it, but was part of the fix.
