Help! I have a Maytag Refrigerator that I purchased used. Model MSD2756AEW. The lower coil cover is missing in the freezer. (part # 61003836) I have not been able to locate this part. Every website I go to says that the part is no longer available.
-Do you know where I can find this part
or
-if there is a similar part made for another model fridge that will also work?
-What do I do if I can not find a cover for these coils?
-Can I fashion one out of, say, tin foil and use that instead?
Your help is greatly appreciated. The freezer is starting to not keep things frozen - maybe because there is so much ice built up on the coils now.
Thank you.

BUT, chances are, the reason the cover was removed, you may need a new ADC Defrost Controller
