jambatt Posted June 29, 2012 Author Share Posted June 29, 2012 Thanks Reg. Unit sat idle for several months with water cut off to house. No water coming in. Units sump was dry. Replaced water valve with same result. No water. Hand filled sump with water and ran machine through cycle. Unit now works fine. Must be some type of water sensor involved somewhere.There doesn't appear to be any way to access the pump and other parts without removing the entire plastic base.
