All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

hello, symptons are f2 fault code appearing intermittantly, temperature not maintaining to set point and some relay can be heard clicking away rapidly at times, if oven is set at 350 degrees, it will preheat fine, and while monitoring temperature with a digital thermometer and a thermocouple in oven i can see my high end at approx 368 degrees and low end at approx 314 degrees and this is normal, but then i will watch the temperature and sometimes on the climb back up and it will only go as high as 320 degrees and a low of around 300 degrees and this is not a normal cycle when the set temp is 350 degrees and the end result is food that ends up undercooked so i am lookimg for a service manual to see what decor is suggesting for diagnostic testing to determine solution.

also the cooling fan for the electronics is turning on at the proper temperature of approx 190 degrees to keep the electronics cool.

-F2- Alarm Heating Mode High Temperature

Is activated when the ERC senses a runaway heat condition or when the temperature exceeds “runaway limits”.

The ERC will beep until the cancel or another function is selected.

If the alarm repeats the F2 alarm check the oven sensor and wiring after first checking for a stuck relay.

If alarm goes away verify the oven will complete a clean cycle without any type of failure.
