Will be going by customer's in an hour. What they told me was that they are remoldeling, moved Refer into hot garage where west sun hits refer when garage door open. It has been in garage runnuing for 2 months. They went fishing on 4th. Came back to put fish in freezer & it was defrosting in a wet puddle. They turned unit off For a day Then turned back on. When I showed up on 6th back refer wall was dripping & temps were what I stated. They also turned both unit settings to highest (9) digital readout.

Condensor fan pulls either 0.03 or 0.07 amps depending on the RPM. I don't have specs for evap motor.

I put settings at 5, told them to leave unit closed and am going back in a little bit to check on frosting pattern if any. Any thing else I might check for?

... remoldeling,... moved Refer into hot garage

moved while upright ?
OR on it's side / back ? (then need to let Fridge "rest" for 24 hrs upright)
And / OR may also have bumped / damaged the Compressor / Condenser / Lines

If everything's OK, it may need to run up to 24hrs for temperatures to recover.

Yes this is what I informed the customer, I needed to let it sit undisturbed overnight & I am going there now. I will post late tonight or tomorrow evening when I get a chance to get on the computer. Thank you Patricio

Temps after a day, Freez=03F Fridg=34F.
Detective work=
1. moved frig into garage 2 months ago upright
2. got bait out of freez Wed. morning
3. came back with fish wed evening, melting mess, unplugged fridg off for a few hours
4. turned fridg back on.
5. I observed Friday afternoon temps & a wet mess in compartments & under unit. compartments were close to 100% full of food & defrosted.
6. Temps today good popcicles frozen hard in freezer, nothing else in it.
7. did dollar test on seals - snug, Used temp gun to look for air leak - 84/85 degrees all way round = good seal
8. further questioning they revealed unit was unpluged several times while doing remodel work
.
Diagnoses is systemr is just fine. I think haste in getting bait out of freezer something in freezer kept door ajar. Unpluging unit several times did not help either.

Prescription keep doors closed when not in it, find dedicated circuit, not the extension cord they are using, Go fishing again (they gots a big boat). Call me if they need my service again.

Patricio got to go.
