Kenmore dryer not staying on...model#110.62932100

2 posts in this topic

The only way it would run is by holding the start button in. Opened up the controls to check for loose connections, wiggled some wires, started up with no problem. SWEET! One thing I did notice is that the timer wasn't ticking down when running or not running. That was 2 days ago, now the thing is back to holding the start button in to run, but won't stay on. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Open the Control Panel
then,while someone holds the Start Button,
check for 48v DC at the (2) terminals or the Motor Relay with the pair of Pink/Black wires.
If no 48v DC, the the Dryness Control Board is bad
(timer wasn't ticking down when running) looks like bad Dryness Control Board

If 48v DC is OK, then the Relay is bad
let me know
