Typical DOA for this advantium. Curious to know how the "engineers" at GE troubleshoot so you don't have to buy all 6-7 Fuses and thermal cutouts etc. Particularly interest in ohm-out specs for these little beauties.

check to see if the HV Capacitor has a short ...
