My beer supply is shot and it's killing me!

Here's the background: Lost freezer lights several months back. Replaced bulbs, still wouldn't work. Been living with a dark freezer since. This may be important - I'll come back to it. Two nights ago, I put my leftover pizza in the fridge and when I went back to get it in the morning, the fresh food section was holding at 61 degrees. Freezer was holding steady at normal temp most of the morning, but then went up to 10 or 11.

Started checking things out and here's what I found: Evaporator was iced over. I reached up and scraped a little off with my finger. Seemed to get everything going again and when I reached up later to check the progress, I realized that little guy is actually a heater...and is in good working order.

As I'm searching around online for what might have caused my problem, I discover the two 2-Amp breakers behind the toe kick. I reset them and my freezer lights work for the first time in months. Everything else seemed to be alright.

Fast forward to next day - wake up to a puddle of water in front of fridge. Call local repair guy who looks lost when he opens the doors. He can't figure out what's wrong. Says the condenser may just be overheating. Condenser has been running very hot past few days, although fan next to it is running. Repair guy cleaned my condenser and told to keep a small desk fan blowing on it to help keep it cool and call him back if I have any issues. Obviously, this isn't a long-term fix.

I do more poking around when he leaves and discover water slowly dripping from the electrical wires under the freezer (behind toe kick). Believe this is electrical wiring for lighting:

I assume this is what may have kicked off my lights to begin with, although they've been working fine past 24 hrs.

Here's a zoomed out view:

Now to today - wake up to find more water in front of fridge, although it doesn't appear to be leaking from anywhere underneath unit (except small drips from freezer light, which is not feeding this large puddle). Looks like there is condensation dripping from top of fresh food side. Similar to this feller's picture, except drips are coming from the seam near the blue tape in his third photo: http://appliantology...__+ge +monogram. I've checked diagnostics and everything is passing. Completely lost at this point.

Also, don't know if this is relevant, but the handle of of the fresh food door sticks out at the bottom about 1/4" more than the freezer handle. Did the George test and George has plenty of sliding ability. Cleaned gaskets, but still not getting full suction down there. Don't see any damage either.

What's driving me crazy is that I can't figure out of the leak by the electrical wires is causing my problems or is a symptom of other issues. Any pros have a take on what it is, how I can fix it, and if the cause or part of another issue? Thank you!

Water is either coming from the IceMaker,
OR the Defrost Drain Tube is clogged ..

(you'll also need to take care of George)
Maybe one of the Door Hinges is loose / bad / alignment

Thanks, RegUS. I went to fix George and found a tiny hole in the corner of the gasket (inside a fold) where it was loose. Is that really enough to prevent good suction? Is there some kind of adhesive I can use for that or is a new gasket the way to go?

As far as the drips on the wires under the freezer, I also discovered a ruptured seal there. What's ripped looks like it's actually some kind of putty/adhesive between the wires and the gasket. Any idea what it is so I can get more of it?

One last question so I know I'm ruling everything out - where is the defrost drain tube?? I'm not seeing it on any schematics. I'm a first-time homeowner and beginner at the rest of this, so thanks again for your help.
