Kenmore 665.13942k010 cancels cycle

Whirlpool built kenmore dishwasher cancels cycle about half way through. Checked yesterday and retrieved these error codes: 6-3,6-4,6-6 & 9-4. There was some suds in the tank after running it and that relates to the 6-4 code. Instructed customer to run empty to clear out but cancelled again. There are eight progress bars that count down during the cycle ending with complete being displayed at the end. Customers husband tried three times and control cancelled every time it goes from five bars showing to four bars. Wash motor runs fine. Drain motor drains fine. Wash arm not blocked. Any suggestions?

I don't see a 9-4 on the tech sheets

the rest may be over-suds

Make sure they're using

only automatic dishwasher detergent

NO dish soap

nor any other type of soap

to get rid of the suds, may need to run a cycle with a cup of vinegar OR cooking oil

Thanks, running with no suds now. Instructed cusomer to add a Gallon of water at point where it has been cancelling. Trying to determine if fill valve not allowing in enough water. I did not see how much water should be in tank for a normal fill on the tech sheet. Way too many error codes on this product Its a Wonder it completes a cycle at all.

Should fill to about a finger-width below the heating element.

Pretty sure its not filling that much. I'll change the water vavle then or check the inlet screen.

Thanks, that narrows it down. Noticed on the sears website there are four possible control panels according to color. None of the four list what color each one is.
