Many thanks to THE WOLF (played admirably by Harvey Keitel in Pulp FIction) for the advice. Therefore I will leave out the lint screen, and yes, you are so right as the screen was absolutely choked with about 12 years of sediment. Good thing is the machine lasted 12 years and 3 months, so if I buy the Speed Queen I should hopefully do as well. I am hoping that as of tomorrow, that I'll have the flange off and better assess and collateral damage. Everything else cleaned up real nice with a pressure wash and cleaning. Hope I can save him 'cause his twin sister (the dryer) would be lonely without him.
Just think, 56 years ago, today we nearly obliterated Hiroshima and today we celebrate the Inebriated One.......

Just an update for those who are having trouble falling asleep. All the parts are in, I'm hobbling around (damn beach volleyball), but i'll be attempting the resurection beginning tomorrow. Updates and color commentary will be included for those who missed the OlympicsTM Had to make sure that I got that superscript in...thanks, oh Inebriated One (press # 3 for Spanish...#3 ...Oh, inebriated Juan). Hey, I can speak Spanish and piss off twice as many people as usual! Anyway, Formula ! is this weekend and it's Spa Francorchamps. I gotta get this done. Good night.
