Dacor Cooktop (Model CER304R) only cooks on high. How do I access the inner workings of this cooktop? Specifically the infinite switches and main burner switch. Also has a built in (counter-top) vent by Dacor (Model RV36) that is very noisy during operation like a bushing or bearing is bad. How do I dismantle vent to find cause of trouble?
