Kenmore Coldspot 106.74269400 - cold frzr, warm frdg

I suspect the evaporator fan. The freezer compartment stays cold, and the defrost heater works fine. I don't see the evaporator fan running, but I hear humming in the back which I assume to be the compressor fan. Should I test it before replacing it, and if so, how?

both Fans are wired togetehr.
You could check for 120v AC on the White and Red/White wires
OR check Fan winding with an OHM meter
