My question is can I use the chart for thermistor resistance thats in the "GE Electronic Refrigeration Diagnostics" Powerpoint file to test the thermistors in this refrigerator?

Turned out to be High Side Leak or Undercharge . The evaporator had a frost pattern on the top only.
