Hi, Admiral, its the washer:). washer is looking like it doesnt know it should just be spinning instead of doing both spin and agitate and then it doesnt do either very well at this stage. the unit has a broken hinge pin on left side. Thanks

Bad transmission. Rather costly and time consuming to repair.
