A 30" GE Profile Wall Oven won't stop heating even after i hit stop/cancel. It appears to be the top broiler element that stays on, not red hot but still on. The customer has been shutting it off at the breaker everytime. Does anybody have the service manual and or any suggestions. I assume it is the control board or touch pad or both?
