Dishwasher dead. Can set all cycles but unit will not run. Door switch has continuity. Will not go into relay test mode. LED,s at kick plate panel do not light up indicating a problem. Set any cycle & push start, unit sits with cycle button lit. after a few minutes all cycle LED's blink simultaneously. Something simple or something major. Service data sheet is not much help.

Installed back ordered control board in this 'nightmare' dishwasher last week, Unit is working like it should.

I have found out that diagnosing electronic problems is 90+% of the time spent on the repair & installing the new part is less than 10%, unlike mechanical repairs like diagnosing a leaking pump is <10% of time involved & installing the new pump is >90% of time involved.

But most of all back ordered parts are most time consuming 'cause the customer wants it fixed yesterday.
