I had a call on a refrigerator the other day and The SxS Ge refr. It had instructions to snip the thermistor wire in terminal 2. What was confusing was that " All bottom mounts were cut for sure " But, just below that in the same block, it gave a list of others with specific serial numbers. Can anyone tell me the way this is read....is it all bottom mounts including the serials listed or is it Any Others including SXS models with the serials listed. Very confusing.
