new style whirlpool dead?

m#wtw4850xq1 when start button is pushed lid locks but nothing else.suspect electronic control.this is the first new style whirlpool to come into my shop.any tips,advice,ect as to look for on these newer whirlpools?

Fish that tech sheet out ( taped inside front panel) and check fault codes and run diagnostic tests...
As every cockroach knows , thriving on poisons is the secret of success.
