Has worked OK up for till now at this location ?
Have you re-set your House Circuit Breakers and / or
checked for 120v & 240v AC at the Dryer Terminal Power Strip ?

Runs just no heat. Heating element coils good, how do I check the thermostat?

Found the repair tip videos for the thermostat and heathing element. Tested both, and both have continuity. Now what? Please help.

Locate and test the fuse by removing the rear panel of dryer - located on the lint screen housing - has 2 small blue wires - if open circuit, order and install new by clicking link:

on electric Dryers, would prevent the Drum Motor from running .. (it runs) 
Does the Timer still run in the Auto-Dry (sensor) Cycle ?
check the Thermal Cutoff and the Hi-Limit Thermostat (thermal switches)

Can you measure terminals of element for 240 VAC, while unit running in a heating cycle ?

Tested everything and couldn't find an issue. Flipped the breaker in the apartment again (third time) and it's heating now. Not sure if we fixed something accidently or if we have another issue.

If you are able, tighten the screws at the 240 volt breaker. Hot and neutral screws. Also with the breaker off, check the wires coming into the dryer and make sure they are tight. Hope this helps.
