My GE GSH25JFRFBB refrigerator ice/water dispenser is not function. The lights show on the dispenser but when I press the switch nothing happens -- no sound, nothing? Can you give me some advice on locating the problem / manual?

Figured it out. The activation switch wasn't being pressed when I moved the handle. Working now.
