Also any advice as to what may be causing evaporator fan to run sporaticaly and very slow. I can stop it with my finger, feeling like a feather hit it. What voltage should power evaporator fan motor, AC DC? What amount of voltage, 120 volts, 24 volts or? Do you think this would be the fan motor or the control board?

1) bad Fan and / or MotherBoard (a shorted Fan Motor can cause the MotherBoard to fail)
2) 12v DC and HI, Med, LO speed voltage and feedback voltage
3) yes, could be
PSH23SGNABS w/ Inverter Compressor
