This is an Electrolux S/S Fridge that won't run. When I plug it in the display board lights with temperature display etc for about a half second and it makes a kind of quick 3 toned electronic beep. Then it turns off except for a few little red lights. About 3 seconds later I hear a click coming from the front left corner area under the fridge and the display does the same thing again. This will continue as long as I let it but will never start. I have the test manual for this to allow me to test various items but all the tests seems to call for uninterupted power so I don't know how to test this. Does anyone have any idea of the actual problem or how to start testing. I don't want to just throw a board at it because they cost way too much and that might not be correct.
I read somewhere on here that we have an Electrolux expert member.

It's the first thing I'd do after confirming current and voltage in. Got bad board written all over it.

Sure hope it ain't that third one, holy moly, 489 bucks.

I second a bad main power board underneath the unit as well.

I cant be more precise than accurate LOL Got it right off the label. Might be that it's a Canadian model. Anyway, I suspect the board also but I was hoping that maybe it was something else causing the board to act up. Any chance that that could be the case or is it a pretty sure thing?
I really need to find a rebuilder. We have a board rebuilding company close by but they don't do fridge boards

Well it's takeing me some time to get to this but I'm ordering the part today. I'll report back back if it works. Thank to everyone for the help.

The 12 volt DC evaporator fan motors have also been known to fail and take out the main power board as well.

Well. Got the new board and installed it. Working perfectly now. The evap fan is running fine so that's no issue at least for now. Sure pays to become a member here . Thanks to all who helped.
