Frigidaire Washing Machine GLTF2940ES, Regarding a EB3 error code, I think i need to test for 90vac at the control board and i don't know how to do that, I have meter, any assistance would be appriciated, Thanks.

that would be the incoming main line voltage ..
Black and White wires at J14 pins 1 & 2
If OK, then bad Controller

Thanks For the info, just so i'm clear, unplug the the two wires into J14 and test, if the voltage is below 90vac then its a issue with the house wiring, if its above 90vac replace the control board? Thanks again.
