Customer says its not cooling properly. I haven't gone to look at it yet. Im guessing a defrost problem.

I just went out on another call for this model. Evaporator fan bad. From the parts breakdown it looks like the evaporator fan is accessed through the bottom of the fresh food section. Am I right?
