I have a ge profile spacemaker oven model jvm1490cd003. This is a microwave/convection oven combo unit. The microwave works fine, the convection oven does not heat. Any suggestions would be most appreciative.

Westheimer's Rule:

Remove cover from unit, locate heating element and measure continuity - if ok, may need to check voltage to element while operating.

I can't find any tech sheets for the JVM1490 microwave/convection
may be a bad Convection Heater Element
