My daughter is having a problem with her Maytag dryer Model LDE 4000 ACW -- S/N 3133936 HK

Thanks for the fast response :D

It's making a loud "grinding-clunk" noise which I'm sure I can diagnose, but I lack the necessary juju to open it/get inside the bloody thing!
