DBXR463EG0WW ELEC DRYER wont stop!

I have been away for some time, and helping the current appliance manager.
We have a GE electric dryer that will not shut off in the More Dry/Less Dry modes. Timed works fine.
The timer switch was replaced, as was Humidity detector, OH sensor and Temp sensor all replaced. What tells the timer to advance during the 'More Dry ' cycle?
Many Thanks.

most commonly, I find one stage of the two stage element has failed, thusly, the Tstat never gets satisfied and never gives power to the timer motor to advance.
Need to get your peepers on the heater element...a failure will be pretty evident.

EDIT: at home relaxed now... BIG thanks to
