Get the tech sheet from underneath the top panel and put the unit into diagnostic mode.
Does the door lock? If not, then check/replace the door lock assembly ==> http://www.repaircli...er=110.49962603

No tech sheet. I left the machine plug in and bumped into it when walking by, heard a beep and F71 error code displayed, which is a communication error between user interface and CCU. Disconected all connectors and reconnected no change.

This is an example where the guidance in the tech sheet for an error code sucks out loud. The problem is neither the CCU nor the interface but it is the MCU ==> http://www.repaircli...er=110.49962603
