May I have a service manual for this washer please. 2 years old & filling inconsistantly according to retired customer. Story was not that understandable. Modwl number may be wrong. She did not communicate well.

VQ1 Cold side of that double valve no-wayno. Open continuity. Hot side mucho-wayno This washer is a Whirlpool direct drive with a bimetal temp switch that controls the cold valve. Ordered Inlet valve. Thankyou RegUS_PatOff.
