Has anyone run into Kitchenaid built-in refrigerator forming ice around the return air duct for the evaporator. I dont see any obvious air leaks anywhere or any other symptoms. Our customer states this happens about every 2 to 3 months. It is ice, not frost, and it eventually it gets bad enough to choke off the air flow into the fresh food section. model number is KSSP42QKS01
