This refrigerator originally had a defrost problem. Refrigerator not cold, ice buildup on freezer rear wall, the regular stuff.
I replaced the system ie heater, control board and bimetal.
A month after, customer calls and complains the F/F side is not getting cold again.
So, I check it out. Freezer is good, defrost is good, but Diffuser is not opening all the way.
I changed the Diffuser last week and today they say cold air is hardly coming out of the vent and
even if they raise the control it doesn't change.
What's left?

A side by side, did you check the lower air return to see if it is iced up ?

how's the Fridge Thermistor ?
