Need help.
We have a Viking VGIC3074BSS which is keeps sparking on all 4 ignightors after flame is on.
We did:
1. Replaced spark module
2. Cleaned ignightors heads
3. Checked burner heads alignments
4. Checked if wires properly connected from/to spark module, ignightors, switches - correct according to diagram
5. Checked wires for any damages
After installing new spark module it was working fine for 3 - 5 min and start sparks again after.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Could it be problem with any switches or something else?

Has this Cooktop worked OK up till now at this location ?
Has there been any recent House electrical wiring done ?
Have you check the Wall Outlet polarity L1, L2, and ground ?

2. Cleaned ignightors heads
Did you remove and clean the burner heads with emery cloth?
As Reg mentioned, outlet polarity is critical in these units.
