When in normal cycle unit runs until it to 27 minutes then everything stops except a huming noise i asume the motor is still runing but timer does not advance in top drawer. So the customer used bottom drawer in eco cycle but now both drawers are doing the same thing. would appreciate any help. Not much experiance with drawer system.

Put the unit into diagnostic mode and check all the unit operations: fill, drain, heater, etc. I've PMed you the tech sheet that contains the information to enable you to do these tests.

if its still washing but the clock stops then its likely not heating
if you wait i think 4 hours then you would see F4 fault which says not heating
during production of 605's there was some issues with heater plates
