Control panel or door lock?
What's your best guess? The door is locking when it's supposed to, so the test is useless. However it's either unlocking itself or the control board is telling it to unlock. My guess is the door lock.

OK just looked it up, has no timer, but a wire plug/connector could be loose/damaged as well

Loose electrical receptacle, or a timer that has been damaged by the tub going off balance.

I'm just gonna have to tear it down tomorrow. Thanks.

Don't need to tear anything to check electric outlet ...............
Oh, well that was ruled out by default. I've moved into a new home and personally replaced the outlet just a couple of weeks ago. And before any lights go off (no pun intended) I've been an electrician close to 20 years.
I think you may be right about a loose connector though. If I find no loose connections, would you say it's more likely the lock or the board?
Thanks again for all of the insight.

If all was OK before the move I would concentrate on loose connections on the lock and the control board caused by jarring from the move.

Did this problem coincide with your move? Did it work OK before the move?

Well it has worked fine for about 2 weeks after it was moved. I was really wondering if anyone thought it might be a position sensor. I did not install shipping bolts when it was moved.
