I have a Dacor Double Oven model CPTS227 that will not do anything after a power surge, no lights, beeps,squeeks, nothing, nada. I did the circuit breaker thing....turned the breaker off for 30 minutes and then back on, but still nothing. I have 120 volts at L1 and N, and 23 volts AC at test points 14 & 15. What do I do now? Thanks!

Valid input to the ERC but no display == bad ERC. Part is NLA. Call Dacor for replacement: (800) 793-0093 ex. 3814

Thanks for your help. The ERC for this model is no longer available from anyone, including Dacor. I have contacted several companies on line that advertise they will test and rebuild a defective ERC but for some reason do not rebuild this particular one. There is no reason given as to why they will/do not. The kicker is, I just installed this double oven a couple months ago. It's a late 80's model that was used as a display unit for a kitchen designer, it had never been used. This has been a hard lesson to learn. From now on, no matter what, I will have a whole house surge protector installed.
Anyway....do you know of someone that can repair the ERC? Thanks!

Have you tried Fix Your Board?????? They list Dacor board part numbers...... Givem a call. 512.355.1108.......They fixed an old thermador for me, A big help if you could send a copy of the wire diagram / schematic .....
