Customer called and said they could not get the new water filter to lock in the filter housing.
Neither could I.
Filter part # 4396508
Anyone know of filter housing issues that are causing the problem?

That's just a push and turn one right? Did you try releasing the water pressure by turning the water off and opening the valve? I've had problems getting those ones out, but not able to get back in I've not seen.

It was out when I got there.
No,I did not release water pressure.
Yes,it is supposed to be a 1/4 turn to the right.
