and it's obvious it's held on by 2 screws on top, and 2 on the bottom, and those two trim strips cover the screws and wahtnot, and they appaer to be like "caps" if you will, and look like they might pry off from one side, and then snap back on, but I'm just guessing. Can someone kindly just tell me if I'm on the right track with these, so I don't break them too. Thanks in advance!

and one clip or double sided tape stuck clip from the upper short trim piece:

If they have the clips that snap into holes in the door panel they may break when trying to get them to snap loose then you would need to replace them with the stick-on retainers that are outrageously expensive, ($25.35 for each clip, cheaper to replace the complete trim pieces that come with new clips if you break the clips):

Yeah, the top clip broke, as it wouldn't slide up easily, and I pulled out on it. Of course, after you see how it works, I tool a small piece of wood and a rubber mallet and tapped the lower one straight down, and it came off perfect.

you may be able to glue the broken one in place...
may last for the life of the Fridge :)

Or cut the protruding pins off flush and use a piece of double sided tape, pretty much just like a new clip would be mounted, if there is a flat enough area when the protruding pins are cutoff.
I would try many things before paying over $20 that little plastic retainer!!!!!
