ASKO DW was called in as only draining 60% of the time. I went on the call and discovered that i couldn't get the controls to act 'normal' once i did get it to drain it seemed like the drain pump was weak, didn't pump the water like i would have expected. Then i noticed that the control panel was damaged at the lighted indicators, my guess is that water is gaining access to the board and therefore making it difficult to operate correctly? Could this need a new drain pump, touch pad and control board? Thanks, I have no experience witn ASKO...

I have no formal experience with them either, but have looked at 2 as "favors"(aka -"by the way" calls), both instances I had to get the owners to turn them on as operation is complex, but both were similar to what you describe and were solved by cleaning the drain where it meets the house plumbing.
