Hi,

I have a GE Refridgerator mod# GSH25JFXL.The fans in the freezer are running as well as the condenser fan.The compressor sounds like it is running but not at full speed.So Imeasured the run pin voltage at the compressor and Iam getting 53vac,which I dont think is enough.This unit is using a inverter power supply to run compressor.Its either the inverter, compressor or it leaked.Any ideas on this one before it gets condemmed

Measuring the inverter  voltage is meaningless because is a modulated voltage.  

 

To diagnose the inverter, check for 5 to 6 volts DC from the muthaboard J15 1-2 red/white and the 120 volts AC to Black to Orange at the inverter.

 

Remove the back wall inside the freezer and have a look at the frost pattern on the evaporator.  Take a good photo and post it here. 

 

What are the actual temperatures in each compartment?

Hi Samurai,

There is no frost pattern because the evaporator isnt very cold.I will check the voltages from the mutherboard

And get those compartment temperatures, too. Don't underestimate the value of accurate compartment temperatures in refrigerator diagnosis.
