Kenmore Dishwasher 587.14249990 Leak at Float Switch

This Kenmore D.W. 587.1429990 is leaking where the float comes through the tub.  I found the part# for the float 154767801 but I didn't see that it comes with anykind of gasket.  Is this something I can repair or stop the leak?  Thanks.

It looks like the float guide tube is part of the tub. :yucky:

Yeah, this dishwasher is from the early 1990's, it's not cost effective to dump over $200 in a dishwasher that's around 20 years old.
