Checked motor controller and connections.

Reg,
I ran the spin/drain test. Washer spun (60rpm) 40 sec, then off. No error code.

So it's a Whirlpool; what service manual would we look for, Kdog?

kdog,
I have not pulled the wash plate yet, but when i put it in the nutate mode wash plate moves,
only slightly once or twice, then it defaults to C1 error.
I think you are correct about the u-joint.
