Went out to a "no start" complaint. Door latch was not engaging and lights on the control panel were flashing. Had a broken handle from the door being slammed; customer described having to shove door closed harder and harder to get it started until it quit starting altogether.
Put in a new door latch assembly today. Still getting flashing lights and no start. Door now closes correctly, but the lock does not engage.
I no longer have access to E-lux techline, but a flashing display across the board on laundry products has been the board sensing a non-existent voltage error. (I do have a consistent 122.5 volts at the wall.)
Before I tell the landlord he's on the hook for a new board and a second tech to get the dryer off the top, does anyone else have any ideas or thoughts to test?
