Original complaint: Dryer keeps shutting off
checked dryer and vent for airflow=good
Customer said it only happens on the timed cycle and in the same place on the timer each time.
set dryer to 10 min. before that spot and went and did paperwork for about 20 minutes. came back dryer was past the spot on timer and still going.
took dryer apart and cleaned, checked for loose wiring.
suspected motor was overheating and shutting off, so replaced motor.
Customer calls me 2 weeks later and says now it's shutting off on auto cycle, and permanent press, but working fine on timed dry.
Now I don't feel like a ballerina anymore... any help on what I'm missing?
