Can I ask where you pulled all these lovely manuals from? I'm not authorized for F&P and there probably is only a few items here in my area, but I might consider it if the provide quality info like this!

its a french door yeh ?
F20 is related to the flapper heater
its common for the wiring in the top left hand side hinge cap to break
it will either be fully broken or it will be broken inside the insulation ,
so give the wires a good pull
join them back up again

Big props to J5! Found a broken wire under the top left hinge cover - exactly what you suggested!
