Small Coke refer does not cool.  Compressor will kick on then click & go off.  fans run continuously.  Has a very small PTC relay & compacitor.  A thermo protector is wired to the common terminal.    I have 131 volts at the start terminal & 120V @ run terminal.   I think that the start relay does not kick out & thus the thermo protector kicks out.  After a few minutes compressor starts up again only to kick out. Am I correct in thinking this.

Is there a some where I can obtain a new relay for this unit?

Finally received the relay on the 4Th.  Them people are slow shippers.    Installed the relay.

Compressor runs continuously now, does not kick out.  Trouble is unit does not cool, therefore I have a sealed system failure.  According to wiring diagram both fans are in parallel & are running,  there is no defrost system to enter into the equation.   Have to condemn.    Bummer,  Friends wanted to use cooler in their office.

Fix-it..........Try and find the leak, If you are just going to sh%$t can it, there are a few ways to salvage a leaking unit..............I got about 18 months on a evac/rechared system and it is still going. ( leak some where )..................It is just a shop refer, not for sale..... You could use a system sealer,  ( Sorry Cactus Bob ).....to stop a small leak...................If it screws up the compressor, it don't matter cuz you were gonna chuck it any way..................
